it's the first thing I do every day when I get into work, must admit though I have knocked it down the odd unit. Not sure why, it's only myself I'm kidding isn't it?

Obviously the widget is going to be helpful - I really like the graph bit. But I also just keep the info in an ordinary paper diary. It's really helpful just to keep wrting last night's drinks in add them up over the week as I go along - I find it works for me because I know how many I've had during the week - and it helps me to think about the weekend

simple - get a glass of wine with the little white line on the side to mark the 125ml or 250ml or whaterver, then don't top it up til you've finished the whole glass - that way you can count how many glasses of a set amount you have drunk.
